Pam earned her Bachelor Degree in Business from Pepperdine University. Her father and brother both worked as financial advisors, and she grew interested in a career for herself in the industry from their examples. “My father always told me that if you treat clients like family, you’ ll always succeed in taking care of their priorities for them,” Pam says. “And that success will come back to you.”

For well over 20 years, Pam has been helping retirees and pre-retirees exceed their retirement goals, which allows them to live comfortably in their golden years without financial worry. “During retirement,” says Pam, “it’s imperative that you have reliability while protecting your profits and locking in your gains. Simply put, you need money to work for ‘you’ in retirement, instead of the other way around.”

Pam protects her clients’ portfolios with a guardedness because she understands that income is the outcome that matters most in retirement. Retirement is a distribution phase of life, not an accumulation phase, as during a client’s younger career years. So, planning becomes absolutely critical, and this is where Pam excels. She also feels blessed by the social aspect of her job. “I’m in front of clients much more than just a once-a-year annual review,” says Pam. “Everybody has my cellphone number and there is never a time when I won’t take their calls. So, many of my clients actually become dear friends of mine.”

Family, fishing, and football are the three foundations of life for Pam. She loves to go fishing in Canada with mom, and her greatest source of pride is her amazing teenage son, James. She loves to spend time with him, traveling and watching him participate in football and other sports endeavors. Her favorite part of life is being a mom, she says. Pam is a resident of Aberdeen, and she believes it is a fantastic place to live and raise a family.
